"Vikarma": this term is borrowed from Hinduism and stands for a 'bad', sinful or 'evil' deed that negatively affects karma. Sinful perhaps, but Wucan's vikarma is by no means bad or even evil. Acoustic guitars, transverse flutes, occasionally a consumptive rattling Hammond - a certain Woodstock feeling can germinate there.

32 minutes of brilliant female-fronted trad doom by a band who really understand the genre. Vocalist / guitarist Krista Van Guilder is a veteran of the scene, being an ex-member of Warhorse and has really turned in a superb vocal performance this time round, coupled with heavy and anthemic song-writing this is a real tour de force.
